This Crossfit conditioning workout plan lasts for 5 weeks and includes endurance sessions, maximum strength workouts, and CrossFit workouts. Each week contains 6
different workouts. The intensity and volume of the workouts increase every week with the exception of week four. Week four functions as an adaption and preparation week before week five and six, which are harder.
By purchase, you will receive a PDF file containing a workout plan for five weeks. The workout plan includes 30 individual workouts. All of which are put together with a set, rep, intensity, weight-load, and rest combination fitting with the workout goal.
