This workout builds on the “beginner workout nr 1”. It systematically prepares the body for harder training.

The workout program lasts for 5 weeks. Each workout takes approximately 50 min.


This strength workout for beginners builds on the “beginner workout nr 1”.  The workout follows a systematic increase in weight load. Combined with an exercise collection that prepares your body for exercises such as clean and jerk, deadlift, squats, and bench presses.

By purchase, you will receive a PDF file containing a workout plan for five weeks. The workout plan includes five individual workouts. All of which are put together with a set, rep, intensity, weight-load, and rest combination fitting with the workout goal.
Every exercise contains a youtube link where you may find an exercise demonstration.
